History of the Eritrean Flag

The flag of Eritrea was first hoisted on December 5, 1995. Between 1993 and 1995, the country, which gained independence in 1993, used the same flag with a different aspect ratio. The flag consists of green, red and blue colors when viewed from top to bottom.
