History of the Iraqi Flag
The Iraqi flag is the official flag of Iraq, one of Turkey’s border neighbors and home to a large Turkmen population. This flag, which was first used in 1932 after Iraq declared its independence from the British occupation, has undergone changes in certain periods of time.
