The Taiwan flag stands out as one of the oldest flags in the world. The flag was hoisted on October 8, 1928. This flag was first designed and used during the Chinese revolution. After that, it was used as the symbol of the Kuomintang party, one of the parties in the country. In general, the Taiwan flag has three different colors. The most intense of these colors is red. The background color of the flag was chosen as red. In the upper left corner, an area about a quarter of the flag is painted blue. There is also a sun in this blue rectangle. The white sun has a total of 12 rays. It should be noted that the use of this flag is prohibited in China. This is because China has a One China Policy. It is also forbidden to use this flag in any international event in which China participates.
